The product is exactly as advertised; let it be known that it is the second time I placed an order for this shirt. The original was too small.
Questions? Both times I received exactly what I ordered. It just ran small so I needed to reorder.
Shipping speed? Both times the order came very quickly?
Refund? I received my refund the same day as my replacement shirt.
I accept shared responsibility for the first one being too small; the second one fit perfect so keep in mind I usually wear a large, this is a 3X
