Features:

* Built-in dual-principle magnetic induction probe and eddy current, which can automatically identify the metal substrate to be tested. Simply place it on the metal substrate to be tested, and the coating thickness can be automatically calculated.
Measurement steps:
Step 1: Prepare the parts to be tested.
Step 2: Keep at least 2 cm away from the metal object, press the switch to turn it on.
Note: It is recommended to refer to "Zero Adjustment" to perform a zero adjustment test on the instrument before calibration.
Step 3: Put the probe vertically and quickly on the surface to be measured until you hear the sound of dripping water, and the measured value is displayed on the screen, then lift the probe at least 2 cm away from the screen, measure the measured part, and you can take the next measurement .
Note: If the automatic shutdown function is turned on and there is no operation within 3 minutes, the instrument will automatically shut down.
There are two calibration methods for this machine:
Basic calibration: When using for the first time, or when it has not been used for a long time, or when changing the substrate to be tested, perform basic calibration.
There are 7 calibration methods for basic calibration points, and the calibration unit is mm.
1. Prepare 6 standard films with thicknesses of 0.04-0.06, 0.09-0.11, 0.22-0.28, 0.45-0.55, 1.90-1.05, 1.90-2.00.
2. Press the up key first, then press the on key, the LCD displays the kettle on the full screen, and then hears bi, the LCD displays 00mm, and the LCD displays the cal character in the lower right corner. Release the up button to enter the calibration interface.
3. Gently press the probe on the uncoated aluminum base, the LCD displays 0.00 at this time, and then BI-BI is calibrated twice.
4. Remove the probe and display a 0.05mm number on the LCD. The second digital calibration is to gently press the probe into the aluminum base where the calibration sheet is placed.
After adjusting the value displayed on the LCD and the thickness of the calibration sheet, press the up and down keys to remove the probe and the sound. The second calibration point is calibrated.
