Fits like a glove! I normally wear a Medium and I ordered a Large and that fits perfectly!

These are stylish underwear made of quality material. They look sporty, masculine and sexy, and the cut and fit is really thought out as to how to package your man goods. I think it was smart of the designer to make a fake fly, as it gives you that classic manly look without having that area get stretched out and mishapened. Highly recommend. I usually take a medium in USA sizing, but take an extra large in these as they run small. So I would recommend ordering two sizes up. I've lost 9 pounds since receiving them and they still fit snug enough.
