The product its the same like in the picture, but its not usable. The adjusting whell, its smaller then the tool body, and the screw its rotating, u can not squeeze easily.

I looked at mine and tried setting things up to fit my typ watch. Reviews here do not make sense as everything works great, adjusts easy so those reviewers sound like they wanted a watch tech to jump out of their bag to fix things up. So going short i saw a simple tool with simple screw adjusters, each to work and tighten easy. Personally I am happy with this buy....
