Yap, it had been mentioned in the device description that delays 0-10 sec. I tested and works exquisitely. As I needed longer delay, had to replace some elements and here it goes as required. Anyways I am quite satisfied with this purchase. For couple of IC555 you need to pay like same amount, then you will need relay and board and so forth... but here you have all that, assembled at that.
