VERY delicate and soft. Reminds me of Grandma's knitted blanket. Size runs true. I usually order 1-2 sizes larger since usually runs small, but this product is true to US sizes. Love It

I ordered the small and it is a srill a bit big on me. 5.5, 130lbs. I'm usually wear a medium. I don't care it looks amazing and it really is ankle length. I knew reading the description that I'd have to be careful and I was right but again it looks amazing. Here in Florida you usually don't need anything heavy and this is light as air but adds a little warmth when needed. I may have to get another one because it's perfect.
