Shipped from trader nicely packaged no damage - arrived earlier than expected - nice size for use in the office - plenty of options to set the camera up with - connected to Wi-Fi instantly and could set up the SD Card within seconds of inserting it - I purchased 3 cameras - can see all three on my mobile phone and with the downloadable PC software in the office. Tracking / Movement option good and alerts can be tailored to your requirement - not using cloud option saving to SD Card. Good product fitted my requirement.
