It's so much slower than any of my other external hard drives.
It acts like the slowest flash drive.
How could this be called an SSD?
Right now I'm copying my main folder which always took less than 30 seconds. This one took 8 minutes.
It's horrible.

Very very disappointed, this is now the 2nd storage device purchased. In good faith i stored almost 1T of company information and sadly I have lost it all. After inserted the device storage it's asking to format which I cannot do....Tried all Avenues and failed.......Why wish, why.....

It doesn't work, it doesn't have the space you said it would, tried to format it three times, the speeds are of a HDD not SSD.... So you lied about it, I want my money back.
